What schools need to consider with regards to involving and accessing parents/pupils views of their processes and evidence of following the graduated response of assess, plan, do and review.
This session will look at, with the SEN-D Governor for the school, the SEND Code of practice 2015, the graduate response for schools to evidence involvement of parents/pupils in the SEN-D process plus what is expected as ‘evidence’ of school support prior to a request for an Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
