Governor Training - Use of technology in schools

These sessions are presented by Mark Lloyd and Jane Adamson from Knetic Education. Mark and Jane previously worked with Sunderland Local Authority to support Sunderland schools in the Learning Technologies Innovation Team.

This course helps you to gain an insight into what the most innovative schools are doing to drive up standards of teaching and learning through technology. This will guide you in being able to support the staff in school and being able to assess where your school is at on the continuum of technology adoption.  IPads will be used during this session so places are restricted to 19.

This session is free to any school/academy that has subscribed to Together for Children's Governor Training and Development Service for the 2017/18 academic year. For those governing boards which do not subscribe, governors may still attend any session, but the school/academy will be charged £80 per place.
